• For items we normally stock, if we are temporarily out, we will take your name and number and call you when we get it back in. No risk to you, but we do ask that if you find the item elsewhere that you let us know.
• For items we do not normally stock, but which we think are of general interest, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% up front.
• For specialty items, we ask for 100% payment up front. Specialty items include, but are not limited to, anything out of print, miniatures bitz, and units from Games Workshop's specialist games.

We will call you when your special order arrives.  Unless other arrangements have been made, we will hold special orders for up to two weeks.  After that period, specially ordered merchandise will be made available for sale to the general public.
