Highlights from this week: This week was the final week of the current league. The four combatants in the finals were Joel Smith, Andrew Briggs, Gil Fuhr, and John Del Isolla. The first match was between John's Space Wolves and the Orks of Gil. It was a tough fight, but the Orks had been Wiped out by John on turn five advancing him to the final round. In the second match, Andrew's Orks went up against the Joel's Eldar. This game was over by turn five as well but instead with the Orks running the Eldar off the table and advancing Andrew to the final round, pitting him against John. In the final match, Andrew was able to wipe out the Space Wolves of John, claiming the victory for the Orks. In the painting contest, Kirill with his High Marshall Helbrecht took first place and the prize. Next week will be preparation for the new campaign that we will be starting. If you are planning on joining the campaign you must show up on tuesday or inform me of your desire to play. That night you should bring a couple of painting supplies such as brushes and paints for we will be preparing the map for play. After a little bit of painting, the rest of the night will be free play. I hope to see you all there next week and that we can have a good time with exciting new campaign. Good gaming guys!

Interested in playing?  The league costs $10 to join. You are allowed a maximum of two forfeits, and you must notify us 24 hours in advance of the forfeits. But, if you stay with the league until the end you may apply the $10 as a credit towards Warhammer related merchandise, or towards future leagues. Also, players are always welcome to use our registered version of Army Builder, but we have to charge $1 for all rosters printed after 4:00 PM on league afternoons to try to cut down on the line.
