Hello. I'm fairly new to FOW and have only played half a dozen games with a friend. My friend is totally enthralled by Advanced Squad Leader and is not interested in playing FOW at this time. I would like to use the minis that I've worked so hard to paint. I have a 1,500 point DAK panzergrenadier force. I've only played against 8th army in the desert so I have no experience fighting other countries or things like flamethrowers. I live in Putnam, CT and don't mind driving out to the Whiz but was wondering how many people show up on a Sunday. I read somewhere on here that FOW gaming goes from 10-6. Is it possible to show up at 10-11 and get a game in or are matches already worked out ahead of time?  

Met Tony and Ted today. Played against Tony's mid war tank force with my DAK infantry. We played hold the line with the Germans defending. German artillery lost radio contact with their observer. The German CO had a tough time radioing for reinforcements. Maybe there was a sandstorm. DAK panzergrenadiers have never seen KV-1's in action and decided to flee. It was a good game. I'm looking forward to more FOW battles.
